On May 9, 2025, the Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics successfully co-organized and
participated in an international online workshop with leading research teams from Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki, Nanjing University, and Shanghai University.

Presentations covered a wide range of topics including predictive air quality and climate projections,
methane emissions, machine learning applications, modeling of allergenic pollen, and
satellite-based land use classification. This collaborative event showcased the power of
interdisciplinary and cross-continental research in addressing global environmental
challenges.
