LIFE SIRIUS – Participation in ATMOS 2024

Last week, Professor Melas represented the LIFE SIRIUS project at the ATMOS 2024 conference, showcasing advancements in environmental research. His presentation highlighted the project’s innovative approach to quantifying mortality burdens from combined environmental stressors.

The LIFE SIRIUS initiative, which aims to create an integrated environmental information system for urban areas, was met with interest and discussion, particularly for its potential impact on urban health and sustainability.

We’re excited to see the positive reception of our work and look forward to further contributions to environmental science and public health.
